Tiffany Kincaid is the Executive Director of Keep Martin Beautiful, leading the nonprofit, volunteer-based organization in fulfilling its mission of preserving and enhancing the quality of life in our community. As its director, Tiffany works with the Board of Directors of KMB to engage civic groups, government agencies, schools, environmental organizations, businesses, families and individuals in preventing and reducing litter, promoting recycling and waste reduction, encouraging community improvement efforts, recognizing excellence in environmental stewardship, and increasing awareness of these issues through effective education and outreach. She is the local organizer behind well-known projects like Adopt-a-Road, Great American Cleanup, International Coastal Cleanup, and the Martin County Environmental Stewardship Awards. In addition to her duties as KMB’s Executive Director, she serves as an account executive for the Firefly Group, which has been the managing entity for Keep Martin Beautiful since 2003. Born and raised in Stuart, Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. When she isn’t encouraging our community to care for our environment, Tiffany, along with her husband Josh, is caring for their newborn daughter, teaching her from her earliest moments to love and cherish our special piece of paradise.
